John Herman is a no-nonsense, get things done, warmhearted leader with over 20 years of business building experience. He’s passionate about helping owners of privately-held or family-owned small businesses build healthy and thriving companies.
John has served in roles as Managing Partner, Chairman, CEO, President, Managing Director, COO, VP of Sales, and Director of Operations at companies ranging in size from $1 million to $60 million. From 2010 to 2016, John owned and led Epipheo, a fast-growing, Cincinnati-based small business that grew from 0 to 100 employees and $12 million in annual revenue by its 4th year in business. John is a founding board member and current President of the Cincinnati Chapter for Conscious Capitalism.
In 2016, John founded Worthy Endeavors to help small business owners grow their businesses and bring order to chaos by understanding themselves and their businesses better. An EOS Implementers, Worthy Endeavors helps businesses implement EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses.
A native of Cincinnati, John met and married his wife, Renee, in college in 1995. They have 4 children, Matthew, Andrew, Lillian, and Samuel, and have lived on a rural property in Burlington, KY since 2013. The Hermans are active members of the Crossroads church community.
