Ryan is the vice president of Biehl Brothers Contracting. He believes that his business is his calling in his life and faith. Ryan married his high school sweetheart, Rita, and they have 3 children. He is also an active member at Crossroads Church. In his spare time, you’ll find him outside, hiking with his friends and crew members, or taking the RV out for an adventure with Rita.

Rob is the founder of Contractor Success Hub, serving as a consultant for small contractor businesses. As a skilled DIY-er, Rob left his corporate job to flip houses. Working side-by-side with contractors and tradespeople, he recognized that the knowledge and skills picked up in his corporate career could help contractors and tradespeople improve their businesses and personal lives.

Rick is an architect and business manager for Meyer Brother and Sons, a design, build and remodel firm. He's been working for the family business since he was a kid. After graduating from Ball State University, he moved to Oregon to pursue his soon-to-be-wife. They landed back in Ohio in 2008 and they have three children in Hamilton Ohio.
