Our Goal

To equip young people to work with their hands and establish a strong work ethic, while opening doors for them to pursue meaningful and lucrative careers.

A hands-on, purposeful, and challenging environment can be life-changing for young people. We want to diversify education while teaching life-long skills.

There is currently a huge demand for trade workers. Our program both teaches young people skills that can lead to well-paying trade careers and equips them to work on their own homes.

Skills like these allow young people to be a blessing to others while building communities, one step at a time.

“I had an awesome time with Mr. Wolfenberg! He taught me a ton of stuff and I liked working with him and the crew of men. He was a good teacher. We got to start with a house that was a total mess and gut it. Then I learned how to do siding, hang windows, plumbing, electrical, and lots of other things. It was hard work, but very rewarding. I got to see results and work with my hands. I’m proud of what I did.”

“We were excited about the prospect of our son learning from Justin. We've known him for years and know that he has a special care for young men and the development of their skill and character. Plus, he’s a good teacher and knows so much about construction, which our son was interested in! By the end of their time together, our son had become more conscientious, learned so many technical skills, and seemed more mature! As a bonus, his character has continued to improve over the months since he finished with the Wolfenbergs. We’re sooo thankful for Justin’s investment in our young man!”

"Learning to work with my hands changed my life in a way I don't even fully understand now. Before this, I felt nervous about simple things such as drilling a hole. Now I have grown in my skills and feel confident rewiring a breaker box. On top of giving me confidence, these projects grew my relationships with the comrades that I worked with like only hard work can. During the project, I admit, it wasn't all fun and games, and I have numerous scars to prove it, but I believe this project and the things I learned from it will aid me uncountable times throughout my life. I feel more prepared to enter the real world. Even now thinking over the vast experiences and skills I gained through this experience, I find it hard to put the value of it into words. Seeing the final product of months worth of work and the beauty of it moved me. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to have even a small part to play in these incredible projects."
